All your shipments are under Glorria’s guarantee and responsibility until they are received by you.

Average dispatch times may vary depending on product groups. Discounted and promotional items are typically shipped within the same day, while other products are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. Products eligible for same-day dispatch are indicated on their respective pages. In rare cases, brief delays may occur due to production processes; in such cases, you will be informed.

Glorria is not responsible for any delays or issues caused by weather conditions, the shipping company, or force majeure situations such as the recipient not being available at the delivery address.

All UK and international orders are shipped from our warehouse in the USA.

Insured Delivery Terms

It is important that your membership/account information is complete and accurate so that we can inform you in case of unforeseen delays during the preparation of your products.

Your order is shipped to the specified address together with its special packaging. You will be notified using the membership information you provided accurately and completely.

Deliveries made to any representative waiting at the address (such as a building attendant, concierge, front desk staff, etc.) in residences, hotels, fairs, hospitals, and similar locations are considered as completed deliveries. Neither “Glorria” nor the “shipping company” accepts further responsibility.

Before accepting the delivery, the recipient must open the package together with the courier and check the “Shipping Security Bag” and “Product Packaging” for any damage, breakage, or loss.

If there is any damage, breakage, or loss, the courier must prepare a report documenting the condition of the “Shipping Security Bag” and “Product Packaging,” and the delivery must not be accepted under any circumstances.
