Items eligible for same-day shipping are specifically indicated on their pages. Occasionally, short delays may occur due to production processes, in which case you will be informed.
Glorria is not responsible for delays or issues arising from adverse weather conditions, shipping company issues, or force majeure circumstances, such as the recipient being unavailable at the delivery address.
International orders are shipped from our warehouse in USA, NJ.

Your order will be shipped to the specified address with special packaging. You will be informed using the membership details provided accurately and in full.
In locations such as residences, hotels, fairs, hospitals, etc., a delivery to any authorized representative at the designated address (e.g., doorman, concierge, front desk staff) provided by the ordering party will be considered as successful. Neither "Cargo" nor "Glorria" accept further responsibility for such deliveries.
The recipient of the shipment should open the package with the courier present, checking the "Cargo Security Bag" and "Product Packages" for any damage, breakage, or loss.
If there is any damage, breakage, or loss, the recipient should first have the courier officially document the condition of the "Cargo Security Bag" and "Product Packages" and then refrain from accepting the delivery.
If there are any issues with obtaining the required report, you should inform Glorria immediately via the contact numbers listed in the Contact section while the courier is still present.
