Warranty Terms
All products under the Glorria brand are sold with a warranty. The warranty period for the products is 2 (two) years. During this period, your products are covered by Glorria’s repair and/or maintenance warranty for any manufacturing defects. You can submit your product for repair and/or maintenance along with the invoice or dispatch note.
To maintain the warranty on products purchased from Glorria, you must avoid any intervention by third parties or organizations outside of Glorria for adjustments such as resizing, modification, or repair. Products that have been altered by parties outside our workshop are not covered under warranty.
Products that have been deformed due to improper storage, crushed or impacted due to misuse, or damaged by contact with any type of chemical substance are not covered by the warranty. Return Conditions
If the product you purchased from Glorria does not fall under the category of a custom-made product, you may return it within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, provided it is unused and retains its resaleable condition, by contacting Glorria customer service. For returns, you can benefit from our free shipping service. You may obtain a free return code upon approval from our customer service department. The customer is required to return the product in the same condition as it was delivered.
International orders are shipped from our warehouse in USA, NJ. To return the product you purchased, please first check our return warehouse addresses. For returns from EU member countries, you can send them to our warehouse in Sweden, and for returns from other international addresses, please send them to our address in NJ, USA.
In case the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, the product amount will be refunded through the original payment method within five (5) days from the moment the returned item reaches Glorria.
Glorria will accept returns and provide refunds if the product is not damaged, broken, degraded, or used.
In the event of any return, the product, along with its certificate, dispatch note, and invoice, must be submitted.
If the purchased Glorria-branded product was bought through a different shopping site, the item must be returned via the shopping site where the transaction was conducted. In such cases, please contact the customer service of the shopping site used for the purchase before contacting Glorria’s customer service at "glorria.com".
